Information we process
We process the information needed to operate your invited account, secure access, deliver courses and community features, record learning progress, respond to support requests, and provide authorized programme reporting.
- Account and access
Name, work email, role, class or cohort, access status, and authentication records. - Learning activity
Enrollments, lesson progress, learning checks, forms, badges, points, and private notes. - Community participation
Posts, replies, questions, reactions, class participation, and moderation records. - Support and preferences
Reports you submit, attachments, notification choices, and consent decisions.
Purposes and choices
Programme participation
Processing of your account, learning progress, and community activity so the Level Up Leadership programme can be delivered to you.
Engagement analytics
Use of your activity data to measure and improve the programme. Declining does not affect your access.
Programme updates by email
Email about future cohorts, events, and related programmes. Declining does not affect your access.
Your data rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed, access or obtain a portable copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, object or withdraw optional consent, request erasure or blocking, and raise a privacy complaint.
The National Privacy Commission publishes an overview of data-subject rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
Sign in with your invited account to manage your data or send a privacy concern. For access problems, contact your BSP programme administrator through the official onboarding channel.
Protection and retention
Access is role-based and tenant-scoped. Support attachments and data exports are stored privately. Personal data is retained only for the documented programme, security, reporting, support, and legal-accountability periods, then deleted or anonymised according to the platform retention schedule.
