Programme terms of use
These terms summarize responsible use of the private Level Up Leadership learning community. They do not replace BSP policies, employment requirements, or a signed agreement between BSP and Success Options Inc.
Invited, personal access
Access is limited to invited users and assigned roles. Keep your password and one-time codes private, use your own account, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Respectful participation
Use community, Ask, class, form, and support features professionally. Do not post confidential, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing material, and do not attempt to access another person’s information or administrative controls.
Learning content
Course materials, Francis Kong content, videos, workbooks, and platform resources are provided for authorized programme use. Do not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, or redistribute them unless the rights holder has given permission.
Service and account actions
Features and content may change as the programme develops. Access may lapse, be suspended, or be removed according to programme decisions, security requirements, or misuse. Data-rights and support routes remain available where the platform allows them.
